Learn the necessary steps to revert to the previous version of CloudExtend Outlook in case you encounter difficulties while attempting to log in to the NextGen app.

Step 1: Right-click within the CloudExtend app

Step 2: Go to the Console tab then copy and paste the following as shown in the screenshot.
