Customers that sign up for CloudExtend are able to allocate licenses to their NetSuite employees. Typically customers use the same email to login to Gmail as they do for NetSuite so the license records match.  

But what if you have users with Gmail addresses that are different than their NetSuite employee license?  No worries, we support this as well.


Employee has a NetSuite license email of and needs to use CloudExtend with a different email,

Required Action

Your NetSuite Admin will need to create a custom CloudExtend mapping in NetSuite following the instructions below.
Step 1:
Go to Customization > Lists, Records, & Fields > Record Type
Step 2:
Look for 'Celigo Employee Gmail'
Step 3:
 Create a new record.  The Employee is the NetSuite employee record to associate the email with.  The Gmail Address is the Google email address with a different domain name. This Google mail address will be linked to the employee record.
