Step 1: Are you given access to Celigo CloudExtend Gmail for NetSuite by your NetSuite Administrator?

If No, reach out to your NetSuite Administrator to get access to Celigo CloudExtend Gmail for NetSuite. This article explains the necessary steps for them to follow.

Step 2: Ensure with your NetSuite Admin that your license email matches your NetSuite employee login email.  If your Gmail is different than your NetSuite login then your admin needs to associate them by following the steps in this article.
