If you have recently been upgraded to the Enteprise Edition of CloudExtend Outlook for NetSuite, but do not see a tiny lightning bolt on the bottom of your welcome page, you will need to follow these instructions below to be upgraded to the Enterprise Edition:
1. Click the 3 dots on the top right hand corner of CloudExtend.
2. Choose 'Logout'
3. Choose 'Yes'
4. Once successfully logged out, please log back in.
5. Once you log back in ensure that there is a Lightning Bolt ⚡️at the bottom of the home screen. This will ensure that you are now successfully on the Enteprise Edition.
