Follow the instructions below based on the method you use to connect to your email, ie via Desktop Outlook or Web based Outlook.

Note - if your Outlook settings do not let you install Apps from the Microsoft store check with your Office 365 Admin to see if you can side load the App per the instructions here.

STEPS:

Desktop Instructions

Step 1:  Click on the Microsoft ‘Store’ at the very top of Outlook.

Step 2:  Search for ‘Celigo’ and turn the switch for CloudExtend from ‘Off’ to ‘On’.

Step 3: Navigate back to your inbox and click ‘CloudExtend NetSuite’.

Step 4: Type in your NetSuite Credentials.

Step 5: Choose your NetSuite Account and Role.  Click Get Started.

Step 6:  Start using CloudExtend.  

Browser Instructions

Step 1:  Click on ‘Settings’ and then ‘Manage add Ins’.

Step 2:  Search for ‘Celigo’ and turn the switch for CloudExtend from ‘Off’ to ‘On’.

Step 3: Navigate back to your inbox and open any email.  Click on the ‘Celigo’ button.

Step 4: Type in your NetSuite Credentials.

Step 5: Choose your NetSuite Account and Role.  Click Get Started.

Step 6:  Start using CloudExtend.
