If you are trying to create a new contact record from CloudExtend and then associate it with a company but the company is grayed out follow these steps:
Step 1: Click the 3 dots and then click Settings.
Step 2: Click Clear Cache (This will clear all cached and session data).
Step 3: Try to create the contact record again and associate it with a customer (Company) and you should now be able to enter in the information and click Enter.
