When saving emails and attachments to NetSuite through ExtendSync for Outlook, only certain file formats are supported by the NetSuite API.
Keep in mind!
For an email, the individual attachment file that is supported is up to 10 MB.
The total email size limit should not exceed 25 MB.
⚠️ Important:
The file types supported by the NetSuite API differ from those supported natively in the NetSuite UI.
This means some file types that you can upload directly in the NetSuite interface cannot be uploaded through API-based apps like ExtendSync.

💡 Tips
If a file fails to upload, check its file extension and size.
Rename uncommon file types to one of the supported extensions when possible.
For company-wide attachment rules, confirm that users understand the 10 MB per-file limit and 25 MB total limit.
