Any time you click on any of the Celigo Save to NetSuite buttons, CloudExtend does an auto-search for you in NetSuite to bring back relevant records that you may want to attach your emails to.  To reduce what records populate, we recommend you set a filter to only those record types you will be attaching emails to.  This will reduce clutter and make it easier to find the record type you want to attach your email to.

Watch this video or follow the step by step directions below:

Step 1: Click on the Filter button next to the Search NetSuite Records box.

Step 2: Uncheck all the records that you will not be saving emails to.  In the example below I only want to save emails to Contacts and Customers so I have unchecked everything else.  Click Save Filter.
