Emails saved via CloudExtend Google Workspace are stored in 3 places in NetSuite:
Communication Tab
The Communication tab holds all emails sent through NetSuite, and now all emails are saved via CloudExtend. File attachments will be saved under the files tab.

Timeline
One way to get a holistic view of all activities and emails at the Customer, lead or prospect level is by using the Dashboard View and adding a Timeline to the dashboard.
Gmail Tab
The dedicated Gmail tab will only show those emails saved via the CloudExtend app. It will also show any emails sent using the Compose Gmail button.
💡 Note: We do not show emails saved on Autopilot here. Those will be under communication.
