NetSuite has changed our datacenter URL and now I'm having trouble using the CloudExtend Gmail Chrome Extension.

Resolution:

Please contact support, as they will need to update your license to reflect the new data center. Do not try to uninstall and reinstall CloudExtend as this will delete all files. See this article.
