From time to time a user may need to reset their OAuth token with CloudExtend Gmail for NetSuite. Typically users will see error CEHE-00008 or CEHE-00012 AppSettingFetchError when trying to load the CloudExtend Gmail application.
🛑 Try this before doing any troubleshooting!
Step 1: Check if you have NetSuite and Gmail open in one browser. Close any other session of Netsuite in any browser.
Step 2: Open any record (recent or not), give it a few seconds and this will trigger a web activity that GMNS can recognize. Step 3: Go back to Google Workspace and it will work! 🚨 If after 10 seconds the app is not loading, reload the CloudExend application. If this did not work, move on to the steps below.
