Troubleshooting: Sending Gmail from NetSuite is not saving to NetSuite mail tabs

GMNS | Learn how to authorize your Gmail so that you can use the compose Gmail button from within NetSuite

After composing a Gmail message within the relevant Netsuite record under the Gmail subtab, the sent message will be visible on the Communication and Gmail subtabs. 

If the sent message does not appear under the Gmail subtab as so, then you will need to process the following step as an end-user within the CloudExtend Gmail application.

Step 1: In the CloudExtend Gmail app, you will go to Settings.

Step 2: Under Netsuite Bundle requisite, you will select Authorize

Step 3: Select a Gmail account

Step 4: Select Allow to authorize composing within Netsuite record. 

After selecting Allow you will see this successful message.

After authorizing compose with Netsuite, the sent message will be visible in the Netsuite record after selecting the Refresh button.
