Typically customers use the same email to login to Gmail as they do for NetSuite so the license records match.
But what if you have users with Gmail addresses that are different than their NetSuite employee license? For example, an employee has a NetSuite license email of firstname.lastname@example.org and needs to use CloudExtend with a different email, email@example.com. No worries, we support this as well.
See below for the actions necessary to allow for multiple domain support for Gmail and Drive (Calendar is not supported in this scenario).
Your NetSuite Admin will need to create a custom CloudExtend mapping in NetSuite following the instructions below.
Step 1: Go to Customization > Lists, Records, & Fields > Record Type
Step 2: Look for 'Celigo Employee Gmail'
Step 3: Create a new record. The Employee is the NetSuite employee record to associate the email with. The Gmail Address is the Google email address with a different domain name. This Google mail address will be linked to the employee record.
CloudExtend G Suite now supports multiple G Suite domains. If your organization uses multiple domains as aliases in your G Suite account, reach out to us to enable licenses for your other alias domains for free by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line 'multiple G Suite domain request'.
