If you are receiving an error such as the one below it is usually because they are not displayed on the default form for your role. Resolve the issue by adding the custom form to your template. Details are below.
Error : 1) The fields are read-only 2) An associated feature is disabled 3) The fields is available either when a record is created or updated but not in both cases
If you ever see this error while trying to access certain fields in CloudExtend, it's probably because those fields are not available to you on the default form. You can resolve this error by adding a Custom Form field to your template definition.
Once you add the Custom Form to your template, save it and reload on to the sheet. Now when you try to select picklists or make updates to these fields you will get the error anymore.
