If you are receiving the below error it is coming from NetSuite and typically means that the account you are connecting to is undergoing maintenance. Often this is a sandbox account and you may want to switch over to your production account.
Follow the steps below to check your current account/role
Step 1: Click the 3 dots at the top right hand corner of the app and click on 'settings'.
Step 2: Click on Switch NetSuite Account/Role
Step 3: Choose the correct Production Account role
