Error code 5000 is typically returned when the source of the error is unknown and would require our engineers to investigate. As we investigate and resolve issues initially reported as Error Code 5000 we will add them to the list below.

- Ask your Admin to provide full access to Documents and Files on your role (on the Lists tab)
This typically resolves error code 5000 if you received it while attempting to attach files to a NetSuite record.
- Ask your Admin to make sure your role has full access to web services enabled.
