CloudExtend encrypts your token and secret with a PIN. The PIN is not recoverable in the event it is lost. If you have forgotten your PIN follow the steps below.

  1. Locate your original token ID and secret or generate a new pair.
  2. Open CloudExtend and, instead of entering a token, select 'Login with a different email'
  3. Login using the same email address that your token is stored with, usually your NetSuite email address.
  4. Enter your Account Number, token ID, and Token Secret
  5. Create a new PIN
