CloudExtend encrypts your token and secret with a PIN. The PIN is not recoverable in the event it is lost. If you have forgotten your PIN follow the steps below.
- Locate your original token ID and secret or generate a new pair.
- Open CloudExtend and, instead of entering a token, select 'Login with a different email'
- Login using the same email address that your token is stored with, usually your NetSuite email address.
- Enter your Account Number, token ID, and Token Secret
- Create a new PIN
