Sometimes if you had a trial in the past that was canceled and we restart the canceled trial, the message below may appear.

Your subscription has expired

Please take the following steps to resolve the login issue:

1. Please click the blue "upgrade" button. This will bring you to a screen to upgrade. Scroll to the bottom of the page and Press "cancel".

2. Go back to the CloudExtend app and there will be a little button that says "click here to login again". If you click that you should be able to log in.
