Your organization can control what happens with scripts and workflows during an upsert by editing your script/workflow.
If you don't want your workflows to run be sure that SOAP Web Services is not selected in the Contexts list (see screenshot)
If you do want your workflows to run be sure that SOAP Web Services is selected in the Contexts list (see screenshot)
Control your workflow by enabling/disabling SOAP Web Services
💡 Note: Just be aware that workflows can slow down an upload because we need to wait for them to run.
