READ ME: Important Note Regarding Your Email Address

The new CloudExtend Apps are all using CloudExtend Federated Identity (CEFI) to login you into NetSuite by associating your NetSuite email address with your Microsoft or Google email address. Once you have logged in switching accounts, roles, etc., will be seamless.

When logged in to Production CloudExtend Excel

Users will easily be able to try out the NextGen version of our new and redesigned CloudExtend Excel for NetSuite right from within the existing application.

πŸ’‘ Note:

  • For users that have already used the NextGen please use the new process outlined below to switch between the NextGen and production instead of loading the NextGen directly. This will ensure you receive future updates.

Step 1 (Optional): For first-time users, install and log into the existing application by following this guide.

Step 2: Go to Menu and click the option to Try out our new app.

Step 3: Once selected, users would be prompted to log in with their Microsoft or Google Id.

πŸ’‘ Note: In the beta version user's identity is no longer bound to their NetSuite account and you can log in with you Microsoft 365 or Google account to use the application.

To switch back to the production version, go to Menu and click Exit NextGen app.

When logged in to the SmartClient version

To switch to the NextGen version of our new and redesigned CloudExtend Excel for NetSuite right from SmartClient, you need to do the following:

Step 1: Go to Home > Add-ins.

Step 2: Click Get Adds-ins and look for CloudExtend. Select CloudExtend NetSuite for Data Management.

Step 3: Log in to CloudExtend. We have a full article on how to log in and have an overview of how this new version works!
