Here's how:
Open your Chrome browser Settings
Go to Privacy and Security
Go to Site Settings
Scroll to the bottom of the page and expand "Additional content settings"
Go to "On-device site data"
Under Default behavior, tick the radio button for "Allow sites to save data on your device"
Close your browser and relaunch
