1. Open ExtendInsights, from the list of data sources select NetSuite.

2. You will be prompted to login with either your Microsoft or Google account. Once you login with Microsoft or Google, your existing ExtendInsights NetSuite license will be mapped to your Microsoft or Google ID.

3. Enter your NetSuite Account ID.

NetSuite Account Number
In order to use the login flow, you will need your NetSuite Account Number. This can be located in the URL while you are logged into NetSuite in a browser. Learn how to find your NetSuite account ID here.

4. Enter your NetSuite credentials. Select the role you want to log in with and hit Allow.

Once you're logged in, the color of your ExtendInsights panel will indicate the NetSuite environment you're connected to:

🔵 Blue – for Production
🟠 Orange – for Sandbox

🟢 Green – Test Drive
