For better performance, the Celigo CloudExtend Google Calendar script caches the timezone in the current user session. That means that if you create an event in NetSuite and go in to Home > Set Preferences and change the timezone, the script will continue to use the old timezone when syncing. To work around this, please log out of NetSuite and log back in, before creating an event after changing the timezone.
