ExtendSync for Outlook NetSuite is compatible with both Android and iOS versions of the Outlook app.
For Android, version 3.0 or higher is required.
Access and Compatibility
You can access ExtendSync on mobile the same way you do on the web or desktop, whether you’re using TBA, SSO, or basic credentials.
As long as ExtendSync is installed on your Outlook desktop or browser, the ExtendSync add-in will automatically appear in your mobile Outlook app.
If it doesn’t, you can install it directly from your device (see below).

Steps to saving Outlook emails to NetSuite via your mobile device:
Follow these quick steps to save emails directly to NetSuite from your phone:
Step 1: Open the Outlook app on your device.
Step 2: Open the email you want to save to NetSuite.
Step 3: Click on the 3 dots in the upper-right corner of the email.
Step 4: Tap the ExtendSync button.
ExtendSync will search and display matching NetSuite records.
Step 5: Choose one or more records to attach the email to, or tap Search for more records to find others manually.
Step 6: Choose the save method to store emails to NetSuite.
One-Time Save only the single email will be stored
Autopilot (Enterprise only) for automatic syncing of emails

FAQ
🔵 Will Autopilot continue to work if I use my phone?
Yes! Once enabled, Autopilot will continue syncing emails automatically even if you’re on mobile.
🔵 What isn’t supported on mobile?
Currently, Outlook Categories are not supported on mobile due to Microsoft API limitations.
You can, however, confirm saved emails from the Available Records section in the ExtendSync panel.
📝 When Microsoft updates their API, CloudExtend will add category support to mobile as well.
