What's changed?

NetSuite has deprecated the ability for users to login to NetSuite with a user name and password (except for the standard user interface, ie www.netsuite.com).

What do I need to do?

Not all CloudExtend applications are impacted. Locate your product below to see what changes you may need to make.

CloudExtend Outlook for NetSuite and

CloudExtend Excel Data Management for NetSuite

Users should no longer choose 'Login with your NetSuite password'. Most CloudExtend users are already using the proper login flow by selecing 'Connect to NetSuite'.

CloudExtend Excel Analytics for NetSuite

Most CloudExtend Excel Analytics users are already using the proper login flow. If you're receiving login errors visit this page to learn how to add the 'user access tokens' permission to your role.

This update does not impact users that use the CloudExtend Gmail extension or the Google Add-On.
