Prerequisites (SuiteAnalytics Required)
SuiteQL requires SuiteAnalytics Workbook to be enabled and granted to the role used by ExtendInsights. NetSuite admin required to perform the steps below.
Step 1: Enable SuiteAnalytics Workbook (Account Level):
Go to Setup → Company → Enable Features
Open the Analytics tab
Check SuiteAnalytics Workbook
Click Save
Step 2: Grant SuiteAnalytics Workbook Permission to the Role:
Go to Setup → Users/Roles → Manage Roles
Open the role used for CloudExtend / ExtendInsights
Go to the Permissions → Reports subtab
Add SuiteAnalytics Workbook
Set the level to View (or Edit if required)
Click Save
💡 Note:
If SuiteAnalytics permissions are missing, ExtendInsights will prompt the user to contact a NetSuite admin before using SuiteQL.
