Reports built from NetSuite data should be refreshed regularly to ensure they use the latest available information.

ExtendInsights Analytics lets you manually refresh all saved searches in a workbook or refresh an individual saved search or query.

Open the Excel workbook containing your downloaded saved searches.

- To refresh every saved search in the workbook, click Refresh All.
- To refresh a specific saved search, click the Refresh button next to its name.

1. Open the Excel workbook containing your downloaded saved searches.
2. Launch ExtendInsights.
3. Go to Analytics &gt; Reports.
4. Choose one of the following options:
 - To refresh every saved search in the workbook, click Refresh All.
 - To refresh a specific saved search, click the Refresh button next to its name.

Wait for ExtendInsights to finish downloading the latest results into Excel.

Open the Excel workbook containing your downloaded queries.

Click the Refresh button next to the query name.

2. Launch ExtendInsights.
3. Go to Analytics &gt; Queries.
4. Locate the query you want to update.
5. Click the Refresh button next to the query name.

ExtendInsights reruns the query and updates its worksheet with the latest available NetSuite data.

ExtendInsights finishes processing the saved search or query.

The corresponding worksheet displays the latest results.

No refresh error appears in the ExtendInsights task pane.

Save the workbook before refreshing your data.

Confirm that you are connected to the correct NetSuite account and role.

Use Refresh All when multiple saved searches contribute to the same report.

Refresh an individual saved search or query when you only need to update one data source.

If your reports require regular updates, consider configuring a schedule.
