To improve performance CloudExtend caches picklist values (such as lists of items, customers, etc.). If you're not seeing expected values rebuild the cache by hovering over the 3 dots in the search box and then clicking on Refresh. CloudExtend will re-query NetSuite or Salesforce and pull in new values.
