Working with Multiple Connections

ExtendInsights supports multiple connections for each data source.

For example, you can connect to:

  • Multiple NetSuite accounts

  • Multiple Salesforce organizations

  • Multiple HubSpot portals

  • Production and Sandbox environments (where supported)

Select the appropriate connection before creating templates or performing operations.

Verification

Your connection is configured successfully when:

  • The connection appears under Connections.

  • It is listed as the active connection.

  • Templates and operations for the selected data source become available.

Best Practices

  • Use descriptive connection names (for example, Production, Sandbox, Finance, or North America).

  • Reauthorize connections when prompted.

  • Remove unused connections to keep your workspace organized.

  • Create separate connections for each environment or account instead of reusing a single connection.
