Why It Happens

When downloading data to ExtendInsights, it’s essential that the information remains accurate and follows the correct format. If the date format in NetSuite has been updated and you’re using saved searches that include date values, the data in your workbook may no longer match the updated format.

To ensure consistency, users must reverify the bundle and redownload data using the latest date format settings.


How to get the Latest Date Format from NetSuite

Follow these steps to get the latest date format from NetSuite:

Step 1: Reverify NetSuite Connection

  1. In your ExtendInsights, click Menu > Connections > NetSuite Connections.

  2. Click the three dots then choose Reverify bundle.

  3. Wait for the verification to complete.

Step 2: Remove the current worksheet that have the previous date format

Delete any worksheet that contains data using the old date format to prevent inconsistencies in your workbook.

Step 3: Redownload the saved search to your workbook

  1. Hover to Home > Set Preferences.

  2. Under General tab, scroll to Formatting Section.

  3. Select preferred Date Format.
