The CloudExtend subscription portal allows designated administrators to manage licenses for all CloudExtend applications.

Accessing the Portal

Super Admins and Admins sign in using their Microsoft ID, this is typically their company email address tied to Microsoft 365.

Once signed in, admins can manage licenses, assign users, and configure application-specific settings for any subscribed CloudExtend product.

Troubleshooting Portal Access

Occasionally, access issues arise when:

  • An admin is logged into a different Microsoft account in another browser tab

  • Cached sessions from multiple accounts cause authentication conflicts

  • The portal fails to load due to a mismatched Microsoft login

Fix

Try one of the following:

  • Open the portal in an incognito / private browsing window

  • Use a different browser

  • Sign out of other Microsoft 365 accounts in all open browser tabs
