How to Enable Calendar Autopilot

🚩 Tip:

Ensure that any existing calendar integration is turned off before enabling this feature.

Step 1: Go to the CloudExtend Setup Wizard, hover Setup> Custom and select Celigo CloudExtend setup. In the Access to Google Tab, click Sign in with Google for both grants.

  • First grant would be required for NetSuite to Google sync

  • Second grant would be required for Google to NetSuite sync to work.

Once both the grants are given move to Step 2 Calendar & Autopilot Settings.

Step 2: In the Calendar & Autopilot Settings tab, configure the following:

In the Calendar Settings (1) section,

  1. Configure Calendar Settings for one way or bi-directional calendar sync.

  2. Select the Standard Event form.

Take note that ExtendSync only supports the standard event form. If the preferred form in Netsuite is a custom form, select the Standard event form for this functionality to work.

  3. Set an Organizer for externally created events.

  4. Map the Default visiblity either Public or Private.

The click Save.

In the Create/Update Netsuite Services (2) section,

  1. Open a new NetSuite Home tab. Hover on Home, right click then select Open link in new tab.

  2. Scroll down to Settings> Manage Access Tokens.

  3. Click New My Access Tokens.

    • In the Application Name field, select Celigo CloudExtend for Google Apps.

    • For the Token Name, append “Cal AP” to help easily identify the token.

  4. Click Save. This will generate tokens. Ensure to copy and paste the token Ids to the Create/Update NetSuite Webservices connection.

  5. The click Submit.

In the Autopilot Settings (3) section,

  1. Peform these steps if the Autopilot for Emails are not setup yet for the organization.

  2. See full guide here.

Step 3: In this step, assign Calendar licenses to users who want Calendar sync access.

💡 Note:

This step is not required for existing Enterprise Edition customers who already have default Calendar Sync enabled and are upgrading to Real-Time Calendar Sync. If the licenses are already validated—simply click Next and Finish in the final step.

Step 4: In Completion tab, click on Finish and complete the setup.
