If you are using IP whitelisting in your organization there are significant changes you need to be aware of and implement by July 31, 2022.

If you are not currently using IP whitelisting, then you may safely ignore this article.

Your organization will be affected by this change if any of the following criteria are met:

We've reduced the number of IP addresses that need to be whitelisted to make our infrastructure more scalable and to help our customers by reducing the growing list of unique IP addresses to maintain. The deadline for your IT team to make the change is July 31, 2022.

Phase 1 will allow you to add the new IP address "range" prior to Celigo's migration to the new range of IP's.

We will send a separate communication alerting you that it is now safe to remove the older IP addresses from your whitelisting schema (ie all but those specific to your product below) .

Add the following IP address range to your organization's firewall and NetSuite IP restrictions before July 31st, 2022. Do not remove any existing IP address restrictions until we notify you after July 31st.

If you do not complete phase 1 by Jul 31st, 2022, your users will experience connection offline errors. The actual error code may differ from system to system, e.g., NetSuite may throw an invalid_login_attempt error and some HTTP APIs may respond with a 403 error code.
