Typically customers use the same email to login to Gmail as they do for NetSuite so the license records match.
But what if you have users with Gmail addresses that are different than their NetSuite employee license? For example, an employee has a NetSuite license email of phani@celigo.com and needs to use ExtendSync with a different email, phani@cloudextend.io. No worries, we support this as well.
See below for the actions necessary to allow for multiple domain support for Gmail and Drive (Calendar is not supported in this scenario).
Note
The steps below do not resolve the inability to use Autopilot. In order for Autopilot to work, the user's Gmail and NetSuite email addresses should be identical.
Gmail
Your NetSuite Admin will need to create a custom ExtendSync mapping in NetSuite following the instructions below.
โStep 1: Go to Customization > Lists, Records, & Fields > Record Type
โStep 2: Look for Celigo Employee Gmail and click New Record
Step 3: Create a new record. The Employee is the NetSuite employee record to associate the email with. The Gmail Address is the Google email address with a different domain name. This Google mail address will be linked to the employee record.
Google Drive
ExtendSync Google now supports multiple Google Workspace domains. If your organization uses multiple domains as aliases in your Google Workspace account, reach out to us to enable licenses for your other alias domains for free by sending an email to cloudextend-support@celigo.com with the subject line 'multiple Google Workspace domain request'.
Google Calendar
Multiple domains are not supported for the ExtendSync Google Calendar integration
