FAQ: Email Subject Line Inspection for ExtendSync Outlook

This setting, enabled by default, will search the mail subject for a 4-digit number and fetch matching transaction records automatically.

Step 1: In ExtendSync Panel, go to Menu then Settings.

Step 2: Turn on Subject Inspection.

Once this is turned on, check if the records is selected to show in your ExtendSync Outlook:

Step 1: Click on Menu > Settings then select Configure Records Filter.

Step 2: Select the record types you want to display.

Step 3: Click back and the setting will be saved on your end.

When you click on an email with at least 4-digits number on the subject line, matching records will appear on the ExtendSync panel.
