ExtendSync Outlook | Learn when to use Email Body Inspection feature

We've introduced a new setting in the Advanced Settings section under Available Records. When enabled, it scans your email body for transaction IDs with three or more digits, retrieves the corresponding transaction records, and displays them in Available Records.

Step 1: In ExtendSync Panel, go to Menu then Advanced Options.

Step 2: Turn on Email Body Inspection.

πŸ’‘ Note: Enable this setting only if your use case involves getting transaction numbers in Email body and you need to see the related transactions in Available records based on that email, as enabling this feature will slow down the Available records load.
