The Email Body Inspection feature allows ExtendSync to scan your email body for transaction IDs containing three or more digits.

When enabled, ExtendSync automatically retrieves the corresponding NetSuite transaction records and displays them in the Available Records section, helping you quickly find and associate related transactions directly from the email content.


How to Enable Email Body Inspection

Step 1: In ExtendSync panel, go to Menu > Settings

Step 2: Scroll to the Advanced Options section.

Step 3: Turn on Email Body Inspection.


πŸ’‘ Note

  • Enable this setting only if your workflow involves transaction IDs appearing in the body of emails (for example, invoices, purchase orders, or sales orders shared via email).

  • Turning this feature on may slightly slow down the Available Records load time, since the app performs a deeper scan of the email body.
