Calendar Sync: Save an event from NetSuite without notifying the external attendees (Internal Only Event)

ExtendSync Outlook | Use Internal Only Event box to stop sending notifications when creating events from NetSuite

Updated over a week ago

When calendar events are created in NetSuite and synced to Outlook, external attendees may receive email notifications even if notifications are disabled in NetSuite.

To address this, ExtendSync introduces the Internal Only Event feature, which allows organizations to sync events to Outlook without notifying external attendees, while still keeping those attendees listed in NetSuite for record-keeping.

This feature is implemented via a custom field included in the ExtendSync Outlook bundle.

🚨 Important

If the Internal Only field is not showing, it must be enabled by a NetSuite Administrator before users can use it.
