Admin: Bulk Exclusion List Uploads for Administrators

ExtendSync Outlook | Quickly add or remove email exclusions in the CloudExtend Admin Portal

Administrators can bulk add email addresses to the exclusion list by copying and pasting directly from Microsoft Excel, CSV files, or any text source. This eliminates the need to enter addresses one at a time.

This enhancement makes it easier to configure and maintain large exclusion lists for features such as Global Autopilot.


Bulk Paste Email Addresses

You can now paste multiple email addresses into the exclusion list in a single action.

Supported formats include:

  • A column copied from Microsoft Excel

  • A column copied from a CSV file

  • Email addresses separated by commas

  • Email addresses separated by spaces

  • Email addresses separated by new lines

CloudExtend automatically parses the list and adds each valid email address as a separate exclusion.


Clear the Exclusion List

A new Clear option allows administrators to quickly remove all existing exclusions.

Use this option when you need to:

  • Rebuild your exclusion list from scratch

  • Replace an existing list with a new one

  • Remove all exclusions before importing an updated list

⚠️ Clearing the list removes all configured email exclusions. Be sure to review your changes before saving.
