Use this saved search to track all NetSuite records linked to OneDrive or SharePoint files through the CloudExtend Files tab.

The saved search helps admins and Enterprise users easily identify which records have file or folder associations with OneDrive or SharePoint.

The CloudExtend Files Tab displays the files and folders associated with each NetSuite record.

Only licensed Enterprise users can access, upload, or view files and folders (with proper OneDrive/SharePoint permissions).

Step 1: In NetSuite, go to Reports&gt; Saved Searches &gt; All Saved Searches &gt; New

Step 2: Select Celigo CloudExtend File System Record

Step 3: Under the Results tab, add the following fields to the Columns section.

Formula (HTML) - copy and paste the formula below.

- Associated Record Id
- Associated Record Type
- Is Folder
