If an email was previously associated using the legacy (old) version of the CloudExtend app through One-Time Save, it may initially appear in the new ExtendSync app as:
This email is not associated with any Records.
Don’t worry, your old associations are still there. You just need to enable an option in the app’s Advanced Settings to make them visible.
How to Show Old App Associations
Open ExtendSync in Outlook.
Click Menu → Settings.
Navigate to Advanced Options.
Toggle Include Old App Associations to ON.
Once enabled, ExtendSync will display all records that were previously associated using the old app including One-Time Save within the Available Records section.

This feature is helpful when transitioning from the legacy CloudExtend app to the new ExtendSync app.
Enabling this option ensures continuity, allowing users to view and access all previous associations without needing to reattach emails
