FAQ: Attachments for Autopilot Settings

ExtendSync Outlook | Set attachment preference for future emails when using Autopilot

With ExtendSync, users can choose how file attachments and inline images are handled for emails automatically synced to NetSuite through Autopilot.

These preferences act as a sticky setting — your selected configuration will apply to all future emails, but can always be adjusted on a per-email basis.

🌐 Global Autopilot attachment settings are different (Enterprise Only)

  • The attachment preferences described in this article apply to per-user Autopilot (Email Address-Based and Thread-Based), where individuals configure their own settings from the ExtendSync add-in.

  • Global Autopilot uses a separate org-wide attachment preference set by your admin in the CloudExtend portal. This preference is applied automatically to all enrolled users — end users cannot change it.
