We are introducing the highly anticipated Attachment Autopilot feature!
Many of our users have been eagerly waiting for this to be available. Now, users can effortlessly set an entire thread or automate an email address β including attachments! π
All future emails set on Autopilot will automatically sync complete with attachments to NetSuite with no extra clicks!
Keep in mind!
For an email, the individual attachment file that is supported is up to 10 MB.
The total email size limit should not exceed 25 MB.
This feature is available for Shared Mailbox.
Before setting the attachment autopilot, here are a few friendly reminders:
Have a Clear Process: Chat with your team to decide what types of files should be stored in NetSuite.
Watch the File Size: Keep an eye on the size limits.
Handle with Care: Be cautious with sensitive information and consider using encryption if needed.
Double-Check: Before hitting send or activating autopilot, take a moment to make sure all the right attachments are selected.
Just a heads-up: Attachments will be stored in your NetSuite File Cabinet
How to Use the Attachment Autopilot
If you have the Attachment Autopilot enabled, Autopilot Status will be showing in the upper right corner which will help you track any autopilot emails.
When selecting files or inline images to store in NetSuite, you will see the Future Emails section, allowing you to set any future emails with attachments or inline images to sync with the email to the NetSuite record.
Since the files will be stored in the NetSuite File Cabinet, it's essential to manage attachments carefully to optimize storage space. We recommend reviewing the following articles to understand how this feature can benefit your organization and to develop a process for using the feature effectively.
