Email Sync: How to Select Records and Save Emails with Attachments

ExtendSync Outlook | Learn how to choose records and sync emails with file attachments

You can select NetSuite records and sync your Outlook emails, including file attachments or inline images, by clicking the 📎 paperclip icon in the ExtendSync selection pane.

By default, all files are stored in your NetSuite File Cabinet.

🌐 Already syncing automatically?

If your organization uses Global Autopilot, your emails may already be syncing automatically. Look for the "Global Autopilot enabled by admin" label in the ExtendSync panel.

If you see this label, no setup is required on your end.

Save Attachments to OneDrive & SharePoint

If you've already linked a OneDrive or SharePoint folder to a NetSuite record, saving Outlook attachments to that folder will automatically make them visible in NetSuite.
