Troubleshooting: How to check Google Calendar execution logs

For advanced troubleshooting, it’s possible to review the execution logs for the NetSuite scripts responsible for syncing calendar events between Google Calendar and NetSuite.

⚠️ Important

  • Legacy Calendar Sync has been deprecated.

  • This article applies only to Calendar Autopilot.

  • Execution logs are typically reviewed by a NetSuite Administrator, often at the direction of CloudExtend Support.


Calendar Autopilot Scripts to Review

Calendar Autopilot uses two NetSuite scripts, one for each sync direction.

When Should You Check Execution Logs?

Execution logs are useful when:

  • Calendar events are not syncing as expected

  • Sync works for some users but not others

  • Events fail silently with no UI error

  • Support requests logs for deeper investigation


How to Download Execution Logs from NetSuite

Step 1: Open the Scripts List

  1. Log in to NetSuite as an Administrator.

  2. Go to:
    Customization → Scripting → Scripts

Step 2: Filter for Calendar Scripts

Use the filters below to locate the correct script.

  • Type

    • Scheduled → for Google → NetSuite

    • User Event → for NetSuite → Google

  • Script Name

    • Celigo Google Calendar Sync

    • Celigo Google Calendar Event Export

  • From Bundle

    • 20497

Step 3: Open the Script Record

Click View next to the script you want to investigate.

Step 4: Open the Execution Logs Tab

Within the script record, click the Execution Logs tab.

This shows recent runs, execution times, and statuses.

Step 5: Customize and Preview the Logs

  1. Click Customize → Preview.

  2. Adjust columns if needed (status, date/time, error message).

Step 6: Export Logs

  1. Click Export to Excel.

  2. Save the file and share it with CloudExtend Support for review.

Step 6: Click Export to Excel button to download the logs and send for review.
