For advanced troubleshooting, it’s possible to review the execution logs for the NetSuite scripts responsible for syncing calendar events between Google Calendar and NetSuite.
⚠️ Important
Legacy Calendar Sync has been deprecated.
This article applies only to Calendar Autopilot.
Execution logs are typically reviewed by a NetSuite Administrator, often at the direction of CloudExtend Support.
Calendar Autopilot Scripts to Review
Calendar Autopilot uses two NetSuite scripts, one for each sync direction.
Fields | Google to NetSuite | NetSuite to Google |

When Should You Check Execution Logs?
Execution logs are useful when:
Calendar events are not syncing as expected
Sync works for some users but not others
Events fail silently with no UI error
Support requests logs for deeper investigation
