CloudExtend supports shared mailboxes
CloudExtend Outlook for NetSuite is available to all subscribers that have a version of Outlook that supports add-ins on shared mailboxes. Once a user has installed CloudExtend on their own mailbox it will appear when working in a shared mailbox as well.
- Requires an Office 365 subscription with the current Outlook build November or higher
- Or use Outlook on the web
What's not supported
`All functionality is available with the exception of file attachment sync. Users that need to attach files to NetSuite from a shared mailbox should consider using the CloudExtend SharePoint / OneDrive integration or manually attach the files to NetSuite.
Users that switch mailboxes are automatically logged out of their NetSuite account. A future update will remove this limitation.
Users on unsupported versions of Outlook may getting an error message similar to the screenshot below. This is not a unique issue to CloudExtend and impacts users of any add-in for Outlook.
