ExtendSync Outlook | Excluding inactive from search

If you are using ExtendSync Outlook without installing the bundle, inactive records are automatically removed. But if you have the bundle installed, follow the below steps to excluding inactive records from your search results. 

Steps:
In NetSuite, Navigate to Set preferences > Analytics > Make sure the INCLUDE INACTIVES IN GLOBAL & QUICK SEARCH is unchecked.
