Users that don't pin the ExtendSync App have the option of turning off the Welcome Screen. With the welcome screen turned off ExtendSync will initiate a search in NetSuite each time it is opened

Since this can result in extra calls to your NetSuite account you may want to consider turning the welcome screen off.

Step 1: Click Menu > Settings.

Step 2: Go to Skip welcome screen and toggle the button to turn it off.
