The Re-grant consent option lets a Microsoft 365 admin give ExtendSync the required Microsoft Graph permissions again, typically to correct a consent that was previously granted while signed into the wrong tenant/domain.
Common use case:
You (or another admin) accidentally consented while logged into a different Microsoft 365 domain/tenant and need to move the consent to your organization’s proper tenant.
How to Re-grant Consent (Admin)
Go to subscriptions.cloudextend.io and sign in with your Microsoft 365 admin account.
Navigate to Accounts → Configure Autopilot.
Choose Re-consent and follow the Microsoft sign-in prompts to grant access to ExtendSync for the correct domain.
📘 Need a refresher on setup end-to-end? See Configuring Autopilot (full guide).
By selecting to re-consent you will be prompted to log in to your Microsoft 365 account to re-grant access to ExtendSync:
🔐 You must be a Microsoft 365 tenant admin.
Not an admin? Either:
Have your admin join your session and click Sign in, or
Copy the authorization URL displayed on the consent screen and send it to your admin.
They must complete authorization within 5 minutes.
Revoking consent from the previously granted domain
To revoke the consent that was granted unintentionally or is no longer needed:
Step 1: Remove the application with the name Celigo CloudExtend for Outlook AutoPilot by following the steps enlisted in this Microsoft article here.
Step 2: Reach out to CloudExtend Support, to notify us so that we can remove all data belonging to that domain related to Autopilot from our system.
FAQs
Does re-granting consent affect my users?
No user data is lost. Autopilot continues working after consent is corrected. Some changes may take a short time to propagate.
Who should do this?
A Microsoft 365 tenant admin for the intended domain.
What if I see a “not authorized” error during consent?
You’re likely not signed in as a tenant admin, or conditional access policies are blocking the flow. Sign in with the correct admin account or have your security admin allow the app.
