End-User: Install the ExtendSync Google extension from the Chrome store

ExtendSync Google | Learn how to install the application for existing ExtendSync users

ExtendSync for Google NetSuite enables you to save Gmail messages, manage Google Drive files, and interact with NetSuite records directly from your inbox. Follow this guide to install the Chrome extension and log in for the first time.


✅ Before You Begin

Have these ready (you’ll need them during sign in):

  • Have your Google workspace credentials

  • Have your NetSuite username, password, and account ID

  • Confirm your NetSuite role has permission to use ExtendSync

Quick Overview

Install ExtendSync for Google Extenstion

Let's install the ExtendSync for Google NetSuite to your Gmail.

Step 1: Click the link here then hit Add to Chrome.

Step 2: When prompted, click Add extension. Chrome will install the extension automatically.

Step 3: Refresh the page.

  1. Look for the ExtendSync icon (blue “X”) in the right-hand Gmail side panel

  2. Click it to launch the application

💡 If you don't see the icon, expand the right-side panel by clicking the small arrow at the bottom part of your Gmail.


Log In to ExtendSync

After opening the panel:

  1. Click Sign in with Google

  2. Choose your work Google Workspace account

  3. Enter your NetSuite account number

  4. Choose the NetSuite role assigned by your administrator

⚠️ Important:
Your Gmail address must match your NetSuite employee email unless your admin has configured a custom mapping.
