Troubleshooting: Gmail application not loading

Gmail | Steps to resolve when you can only see the CloudExtend logo app is not loading when clicking on an email

CloudExtend Gmail for NetSuite NextGen not loading after adding to your browser? Is it showing the logo and the white background only? This is because the user's Chrome browser is set to Block third-party cookies.

Resolution

Change the browser setting to Allow all Cookies or add a certain URL.

Solution 1 - Allow Certain URL

If you want to keep the Block third-party cookies and use CloudExtend, do the following:

Step 1: In your Chrome browser, click the three dots in the upper right corner.

Step 2: Go to Settings.

Step 3: Hit Privacy and security > Cookies and other site data.

Step 4: In Customized Behaviour, under Sites that can always use cookies section, click Add.

  • Add https://gmns.cloudextend.app/ then check the Include third-party cookies on this site.

  • Add mail.google.com then check the Include third-party cookies on this site.

Step 5: Go back to Gmail and Refresh the browser.


Solution 2 - To Allow all cookies

Step 1: In your Chrome browser, click the three dots in the upper right corner.

Step 2: Go to Settings.

Step 3: Hit Privacy and security > Cookies and other site data.

Step 4: In the General Settings section, choose to Allow all cookies.

Step 5: Go back to Gmail and Refresh the browser.
